Of those 5 months in Spain, this was by far my favorite day. My roommate took this picture. This was the nine hour hike I mentioned before. 5 hours straight up the mountain to the top, and 4 hours straight down. I couldn't walk down the stairs of our piso for almost a week without holding onto the railing because of the tremendous beating my knees went through that day; however, totally worth it! The people gathered at the bottom of the hill looking out puts the entire scene into perspective...amazing..
